What to expect?  Clients arrive and we take some time to see what is going on for a client in that particular moment.  It is often useful if a client comes to a session with a specific intention around a relevant issue that they may be facing or would like to work on.  Massage clients are then asked to undress and wrap themselves in the sarong provided.  Whilst a client may feel like sharing various thoughts and reflections during a treatment, there is a strong invitation to move into the silence here, to relax and simply let go of all concerns and thoughts of the outer world.  Lomi Lomi offers sacred space to enter into deep communion with the soul of another. Lomi Lomi becomes a living prayer of being.  It is an invitation for you to connect deeply with your heart centre and to be nourished by the beautiful stillness to be found there.  Whilst a client may have a specific intention for a Lomi Lomi massage, a strong focus of the session will be a deepening into greater heart-focused awareness.  Whatever feelings that may arise in the body during the session, are simply acknowledged with awareness.  Clients often experience Lomi Lomi as healing, kathartic, or sensuous.  All feelings are acknowledged without judgement and there is no genital contact.   A Lomi Lomi session lasts just under 2 hours.  90 minutes of this time is given to the treatment itself.  Approximately 20 minutes are allowed for arriving and preparing for the session as well as some time post massage, to integrate the healing experience.

Essentially You sessions last 60 minutes and also begin with some talking.  Since these sessions are tailor-made according to the client's need, there is no one way of working here.   This may include touch, massage, energy healing, working with visualisation and meditation techniques.  The way of working is created organically and by agreement between us.

How much does it cost?  Lomi Lomi Massage sessions cost £95* (£125 London).  Some concessions are available depending on individual circumstances. Please do feel free to call me to discuss further. Book a block of 6 appointments and pay only £500 (£650 London).  Essentially You sessions cost typically between £100-150 per hour depending on your requirements.  Please do contact me directly on 07909 991321 or Priya to discuss further.

When & where are sessions available? Essentially You™ & Lomi Lomi Heartworks Massage appointments* are available during the daytime as well as some evenings and weekends in both (Kings Langley) and London.

What about the workshops?  The format for the workshops is a little different.  The day begins at 9.30am with registration (workshop starts at 10am) and continues until 5.30pm.  Since there are limited places available for each workshop, application forms are essential. Once I have received your application form, I will respond to your request for a place at the specified workshop within 48 hours.  Successful applicants will then be sent directions and and a more detailed information sheet.  To secure a place, a non-refundable deposit of £25 is required either by cheque to "Priya Mahtani" or you may make the full payment online.  Balance is required 1 week prior to the event.

*All individual appointments are subject to a 24 hour cancellation notice. Payments for appointments may either be in advance or at the end of each session. In the unlikely event that Priya cancels an appointment, a full refund will be given.  Massage appointments are for women only or referred men (please do supply a name and contact number of an appropriate referee at the time of booking) and may also be available in the comfort of your own home for a nominal extra to cover travel expenses.
